NYPD officers joined by New York firefighters are rallying for bigger pay raises in Times Squre. More than fifty thousand off-duty cops and firefighters showed up for the protest in Times Square, and their target number one is Mayor Bloomberg. Mayor of New York says that the city does not have budget to raise salaries, but police officers led by the Patrolmen's Benevolent Association are not buying that. The PBA is seeking a 23 percent raise over two years. PICTURED IS PRESIDENT OF PBA PAT LYNCH.....New York. August 15, 2002.
